By using CaptionMe you agree to these terms.

The service

CaptionMe creates captions for videos on YouTube channels you connect, lets you edit them, and can publish them to YouTube on your behalf. Captions are generated automatically and may contain mistakes; please review them before publishing.

Your account and content

• Only connect channels you own or are authorised to manage.
• You keep all rights to your videos and captions. You let us process them only to provide the service.
• Your use of YouTube remains subject to the YouTube Terms of Service.

Plans and payment

• The free plan includes one video up to 20 minutes.
• Paid plans renew monthly and are billed by Dodo Payments. Customers in India pay in INR. Unused minutes don't carry over.
• You can cancel at any time on the Billing page; your plan stays active until the end of the paid period.
• If captioning a video fails, the minutes it used are returned to you.

Acceptable use

Don't use CaptionMe to break the law, infringe others' rights, or interfere with the service. We may suspend accounts that do.

Liability

CaptionMe is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes

We may update these terms; we'll update the date above and email you about significant changes.
